BEDFORD COUNTY (WSLS 10) - WSLS 10 is learning more about a Lynchburg man charged with crimes against a child.
Bedford County deputies arrested 42-year-old Luis Mendez and charged him with two counts of taking indecent liberties with a child.

Investigators tell WSLS 10 Mendez is a director and producer at Stage221 in Forest. They also say the victim is a 17-year-old girl.
Mendez is being held in the Bedford Adult Detention Center without bond.
