PULASKI (WSLS 10) - Charges have been dropped against The Pulaski County man accused of killing his ex-wife in 2005, Leslie Dickerson.
Dickerson's defense team asked a Pulaski County Circuit Court judge to dismiss all charges against him last month. They say lost DNA evidence proves Dickerson's innocence.

Dickerson was facing first degree murder charges in connection to the death of Mindy Dickerson. He was arrested in Texas in January and extradited back to Pulaski County.
According to his defense, Dickerson has been released from jail, where he has spent eight months awaiting trial.
