Gretna (VA) - Tonight many in the Gretna community will gather to remember the two teens who lost their lives in a car crash in Pittsylvania County over the weekend.

17-year-old Donovan Stone and 19-year-old William Ward were killed in a head-on crash on Level Run Road on Sunday.

Friends say it's been tough to accept what has happened and the vigil tonight is meant to show support for the families.

The vigil will be held at the Gretna High School Football Stadium at 7:30pm.

Police have identified the driver that collided with the car full of teenagers as James Poe, 33, of Brookneal.

Officers say he has admitted to drinking the night of the crash.

The case has now been turned over to the Pittsylvania County Commonwealth's Attorney.
