RADFORD - One of downtown Radford's oldest buildings will soon come to life again after sitting vacant for more than 20 years.
The red brick building on West Main Street was built in the late 1800's, and it is now undergoing renovations to house a handful of residential units on the top stories and commercial space on the street level.
Developers say although work has just started, they have already received a lot of interest from potential tenants.
