Grayson Rd. to reopen by the end of the weekend following train accident

Wytheville (WSLS) – Workers continue to clean up after a train accident Monday in Wytheville. The clean up will take several more days, but they hope to have Grayson Road back to normal by the end of the weekend.

Officials say they placed booms in the streams surrounding the crash site as a precaution to protect Reed Creek. They say so far there is no evidence of anything leaking into streams and waterways.
