Henry Co. Sheriff's Office needs help locating person

            The Henry County Sheriff's Office is requesting the assistance of the public in locating an individual wanted on charges in Henry County and Martinsville, Virginia.  Gary Thomas Davis Jr, 43, last known address of 713 Barrows Mill Road Martinsville, Virginia is currently wanted in Henry County for Possession of a Controlled Substance (felony) and 3rd Offense Assault and Battery of a Family Member (felony).  Davis is also wanted in Martinsville for Contempt of Court (misdemeanor).
  
 
Davis is described as a white male, 5'10", 175 pounds, brown eyes, balding and has the name "Thomas" tattooed on the left side of his neck.  Information has been received that Davis is possibly armed with a revolver.  If he is seen, call 911 immediately.

The Henry County Sheriff's Office is requesting the assistance of the public in locating Gary Thomas Davis Jr.  Anyone having information regarding the whereabouts of Davis is asked to contact the Henry County Sheriff's Office at 276-638-8751 or Crimestoppers at 63-CRIME (632-7463).  The Crimestoppers Program offers rewards up to $1000.00 for information related to crime.  The nature of the crime and the substance of the information determine the amount of reward paid.
