Organizations around our area will be supporting our four-legged friends on Saturday.
The Bedford County Animal Shelter is hosting Happy Tails Family Fun Day at Falling Creek Park. On Friday, volunteers were setting up obstacle courses for pets. There will be food vendors, face painting, and a bouncy house. It's fun for the whole family, but most importantly the day is to bring awareness too.

"We really want folks to be aware of the number of homeless animals in the area that through spay and neuter we can probably relinquish some of that," says Scott Polinek, Operations Manager of the Bedford County Animal Shelter.
