A hotel chain developer just signed a letter of intent to build at the Harmony Town Center in Bedford.
A letter of intent means the building will be going forward and paying money for studies on what kind of hotel would be suitable and needed.

The Army Reserve Center next to the Harmony Town Center will open in just a couple of months. There will be several hundred students there and no barracks. The hotel would be ideal for them.
The town manager has also expressed a need for a hotel with a conference room or something geared to be more business friendly.
So far what's been discussed is that the hotel will have between 65 to 80 rooms and be business friendly and for tourists.
The name of the developer and the hotel chain will not be released yet per the developer of the Harmony Town Center.
