UPDATE (8:51 a.m.):
WSLS 10's Jade Hanson spoke with Gerald Ayers. He's the owner of Central Virginia Pallet and Stake.
He says a building on the property burned down and is now completely gone, and he's fearful he is going to lose customers.
It's the second fire to happen there in 13 months -- he says the last one in March 2013 caused close to $80,000 in damages.
Ayers says he can't afford insurance on the property, because having sawdust causes insurance rates to skyrocket.
