Finished speaking with Tom Gobbard with the athletic dept at tech. He says they expect construction to start soon and wrap up around 2015 football season. The funding for the 21.3 million dollar facilty came from private donations and it's already paid for. It'll be 85 feet high to allow punters to kick as well as 400x300 feet will be built on the current training ground right behind lane stadium.
