Food Lion Kitchen: BLT Dip & Black Bean & Edamame Salad

SERVES: 8

INGREDIENTS   

1/2 can Black Beans
1 cp Shelled Edamame Soybeans
1 med Yellow Squash
1 med Celery Stalk
2 tbsp Lime Juice
1 tbsp Canola Oil
1/2 tsp Fresh Rosemary
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
1 med Avocado

DIRECTIONS
1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients but avocado.
2. Toss gently yet thoroughly until well coated.
3. Just before serving, add avocado and toss gently. Serve.

PREP: 15 MIN

INGREDIENTS   

1 lb Bacon
1 cp Mayonnaise
1 cp Sour Cream
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Seasoned Salt
2 med Tomatoes

DIRECTIONS
1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl until well blended. Cover.
2. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers or toasted bread slices.
3. Serving Suggestion: For an extra touch, serve with different varieties of bread, cut into your favorite game day shapes such as football and stars.
