Ryan's Greek Pizza

2 Thin crust pizza crusts
¾ cup hummus
½ cup red onion
½ cup seeded tomato chunks
½ cup feta cheese
1 cup spinach leaves
1 cup my essentials mozzarella cheese
1 cup grilled chicken breasts

Spread hummus over crust
Layer chicken, red onion, tomatoes on top
Add spinach leaves
Then add feta & mozzarella cheese
Bake @ 425 for 8-10 minutes

Tzatziki Sauce

1 seedless English cucumber
1 clove garlic
2 tbs fresh dill
Juice of 1 lemon
3 cups Greek yogurt
Grate or blend 1 cucumber to a pulp, then drain off as much water as possible.
Finely chop garlic, and dill.  Add juice of lemon and yogurt.  Stir or blend well.
Let sit in fridge for 30 minutes.
