Shrimp Scampi – Chef Evan, 202 Market
7 Food Lion jumbo shrimp, shelled and deveined
2 tablespoons my essentials unsalted butter
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1/4 cup white wine
1 tablespoon Food Lion lemon juice
2 teaspoons parsley, chopped
2 pieces ciabatta bread, grilled
Heat saute pan with oil and sear shrimp.
Flip shrimp and deglaze with white wine.
Add butter and garlic
Cook until butter is slightly brown.
Add lemon juice, and parsley. season with salt and pepper.
Serve over grilled bread.
