Blacksburg man arrested for malicious wounding

Blacksburg Police arrested 22 year old Joshua Garrison in connection to a domestic dispute and possible stabbing.

Investigators say it happened at 8:40 p.m. on December 7, 2013 in the 100 block of Quail Drive.

Garrison was charged with malicious wounding and cruelty to animals.

Police say Garrison was being held at the Montgomery County Jail without bond, pending an arraignment hearing.

The victim was taken to Lewis-Gale Montgomery Regional Hospital for treatment and has been released.
